About Us
Established in 2010, we are a part-time and weekend theatre school for young people aged 5 to 21. We offer classes in dance, drama, singing and musical theatre at our theatre school on Saturdays and Street Dance classes on Thursdays. The students gain confidence and self-esteem as well as important performance skills for the stage that they will carry through life – all in a fun and safe environment.
Let's just say on Saturday mornings, Stadium is about the only thing that can get my girls out of bed without fuss! That's how much they love it. And I have seen them thrive and increase in confidence in just over a year. Michael and all the staff there are amazing! Worth every penny and I highly recommend!

Seven years ago, my son showed an interest in the performing arts field and I also wanted to build his confidence/resilience. Not only did he become more confident at The Stadium, he grew with talent because of The Stadium’s amazing team of professionals. Through Stadium’s Agency, my son also has had the opportunity to be in a global Disney Commercial and an independent film. My son has taken part in many performances in the community as well with The Stadium. Not only did he build confidence and talent, my son made so many friends for life. Our Classes
We have classes on Thursday and Saturdays
Thursdays are 1 hour street dance classes at Lopping Hall, Loughton, IG10 4LF
Saturday are three hours of action packed classes of dance, drama and singing at
New City College, Debden IG10 3SA 10am-1pm

Thursday Street Jazz Dance
Classes always start with a warm up to music. The warm up is high energy and will work on building stamina, strength coordination and flexibility. This is followed by exercises and games to work on focus and co-ordination and to work on kicks, turns and leaps. Students then learn a challenging routine to music. This is a great class because the students have a good work out and there is lots of time for individual notes to help students to improve when we work on exercises.
Saturday Theatre School (Dance, Drama and Singing)
After a warm up students are divided into groups and engage in dance, drama, singing lessons. Dance develops coordination, rhythm, flexibilty and balance through learning jazz, street and musical theatre dance routines. Drama explores creativity through improvisation and role-play, improving vocabulary and diction and encouraging the students to use their imagination. Singing incorporates a vocal warm up plus singing techniques which caters for a range of abilities such as creating songs and different rhythms for the younger Yellow group versus working on harmonies, up-to-date pop and musical theatre songs for the older Red and Blue groups.
